BED AND BREAKFAST AND SELF CATERING

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I am afraid we do not accept pets, and smoking is not allowed within the accommodation but guests are welcome to smoke outside in the gardens.

Bath and hand towels are provided. Towels are not for beach or other leisure activity.

Bed linen is provided and will be changed on a weekly basis if requested.

Electricity is by coin meter. An amount will be credited for your arrival. Please note that background storage heating is separate and included in the rental.

Changeover day is Saturday, and accommodation will be ready after 2.30pm and we do ask guests to vacate the property by 10.00pm on day of departure.

A deposit of £50 is required to confirm your booking. The balance is required before arrival when adjoining information will be forwarded.

Please note that in the event of cancellation - any booking deposit paid is non-returnable.
